[feature]Error handling for failure of searching element

Meteor::Element#element and Meteor::element#find return nil now
,when searching element is failed.
when searching element is failed, Error message should be
displayed.
Priority level is high.
Meteor::Element#element及びMeteor::element#findは要素の検索に失敗した時、nilを返します。
エラーメッセージを表示するように変更します。
優先度は高です。
