[feature]Single quatation support

Meteor only supports double quatation for attribute.[attribute
name]="[attribute value]".
Single quatation support should be added to Meteor in future.
Priority level is low.
Meteorは現在、属性のリミッタにダブルクオテーション(")のみをサポートしています。
将来的にシングルクオテーション(')をサポートする予定です。
優先度は低です。
